They connect them with the people, products and knowledge they need to compete—and if you’re not there, you’re out of the equation. There’s only one way to ensure your name factors into their decision-making process: being there.
Exhibiting is a great option for putting your company in the path of owners, executives and buyers as they source suppliers—but it’s not the only option. Sponsoring an event guarantees visibility and makes a lasting impression on industry leaders and key decision makers.

Companies with similar products or services are grouped together by category per the categories listed above. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to ensure competitors are not placed next to each other on the show floor. However, due to exhibitor category selections competing exhibitors may be placed side‐by‐side. TFFA reserves the right to plan and modify exhibit space, if necessary.
Companies will be given booth numbers in accordance with their industry:
- Those in the Petroleum Equipment, Products & Services category will be given booth numbers in the 300s.
- Those in the Food, Food Services & Retail Merchandise category will be assigned booth numbers in the 200s.
- Those in the Business Services & Technology category will be given booth numbers in the 100s.
