Hotel Accommodations for 2012 Expo

All events will be held conveniently under one roof at the Gaylord Texan Resort

1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, TX  

Just 8 minutes from DFW International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Dallas & Ft. Worth

Room Rates:

  •   $185 (single/double occupancy) – plus $15 daily resort fee

  •  $205 (triple occupancy) – plus $15 daily resort fee

  •  $10 – each additional person to a room, children under 12 years are free

*Lone Star Rooms:  

An additional $20 per room/per night. These rooms are closest  to the convention facilities and include upgraded amenities (turn down service, plush robes, elegant décor)

Each room will be charged applicable taxes, currently 12%.

Reservation Policy:

Reservation made after April 16, will be confirmed on a space available basis. All reservations must be accompanied by one night’s deposit plus tax (12%) by major credit card for each room reserved.

Cancellation Policy: 

Room deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring 3-days prior to the arrival date, no exceptions!

Parking at Gaylord Texan Resort:

Parking at Gaylord Texan is $17 (plus tax) per day for overnight self-parking and $24 (plus tax) per day for overnight valet parking. Guests with a handicapped placard or license plate may use valet parking for the self-parking price.
