It has been brought to our attention that a third-party housing company has made contact with some members and exhibitors trying to get them to book their hotel rooms through their service. Third-party companies, such as Exhibition Housing Services, sometimes promise rooms in hotels where they do not actually have rooms. There is the potential to be left without a room and to lose money paid in advance. If you have made a reservation through this company, or have questions or concerns, contact Expo Manager Dana Fuller at 512/617-4307.
