What will happen to my booking if I need to leave the conference one day early?
The hotel will charge an early departure fee. There is a fee of one night room cost plus tax if you must leave prior to your scheduled departure date.
What should I do about my booking if my plans change and I am unable to attend the Expo?
If you are unable to attend, please do not cancel your hotel reservation on your own – contact Annette Hicks at 512.617.4302 and allow her to cancel it for you.
