Booth Costs & General Information

Minimum booth size:
    10' x 10' 
TPCA/TGCA Member Rate:
    $1,750 per 10' x 10' booth 
Non-Member Rate:
    $2,450 per 10' x 10' booth 

Included with booth space

  • 2 complimentary full registrations per 10' x 10' (100 sq. ft.) that provide access to all educational and networking events. Exhibiting companies will also receive 4 exhibit personnel only badges for a total of 6 badges per             10' x 10' booth space. (Additional badges may be purchased)
  • Company listing in the event directory onsite and in The Texas Food & Fuel Association Quarterly
  • Listing online at the show's website with company contact information and booth location
  • 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape (for in-line booths only)
  • 7" x 44" booth identification sign (in-line booths only)
  • Aisle carpet
  • Furniture, utilities, carpeting and any other additional services are not included. These items should be purchased through vendors provided in the Exhibitor Service Manual
