New in 2020 – Grouped Categories in the Exhibit Hall
Attendee survey results have shown that grouping exhibitors by category would be a huge value to their overall experience and provide ease in navigating the show floor. In an effort to attract more attendees, TFFA has decided to divide the exhibit hall into three products/service categories sections:
1. Business Services/Technology – Booths Grouped in 300’s
2. Food/Food Service/Retail Merchandise – Booths Grouped in 200’s
3. Petroleum Equipment Products/Services Booths Grouped in 100’s
Companies with similar products or services are required to make a booth selection in their appropriate “primary” category section per the Online Floorplan. TFFA reserves the right to plan and modify exhibit space, if necessary.
Rest assure that we will do everything in our power to ensure competitors are not placed next to each other on the show floor; however, due to exhibitor category selections competing exhibitors may be placed side‐by‐side. Ultimately, TFFA believes the change in the floor plan layout will help promote greater attendance and result in a much more rewarding exhibiting experience.
